These explicitly interior shades have an “exposed” roller around which the fabric rewinds. They have side supports for attaching either to the wall or to the ceiling.
Round or flat bottom rails (with slat in the case of a chain).
Crank. If the shade is not to be raised and lowered frequently or if it is very large, the manual crank system, with metal supports, is a good solution.
Stainless steel guide cables are available for large shades.
